While I can hear the other player in my Session, he can’t hear me, what do I do?

Answer:

The Automatic Optimizing Sync system should set the optimal sync in most eJamming AUDiiO sessions.  If you are still having problems, check the Audio Signal Indicator (the Antenna symbol) under the "Receiving You" Heading on the other Player’s seat. If it’s indicating a red dot or a red exclamation point, YOU (yes, YOU)  need to raise your sync setting.

To raise the sync setting, switch from Automatic to Manual by clicking the grey disclosure arrow under the “Sync Setting” heading and choosing Manual.

Manual Sync Mode allows you to type in the number of mS you want your sync delay to be. So if you’re having problems being heard with an Auto Sync number at say, 25, try adding 5mS at a time to that number until the problems disappear.

The Long Distance setting should almost always ensure you hear the other players.
