How can I communicate with other users on eJamming AUDiiO if we're in a Session?

You can talk to the other musicians over your microphone, or use one of the 3 different types of text chat available in eJamming AUDiiO via the Message Center.

The main chat window is the Group Chat: Lobby window. This is the main chat room for all players online in eJamming at all times. Any message you post here can be seen by everyone in eJamming.

Group Chat: Session becomes available whenever you start a Session or join someone else's Session. Click on the Message Center and click the tab called Group Chat: Session. The user list to the left of the chat window lists all of the players in the current Session - these are the only players who can see the chat entries you type into this window.

Private Chat IMs are available between two players in a Session. You can send Private Chat IMs to players from all tabs in the Musicians List and from the Lobby and Session tabs In Message Center. The player you send a Private Chat IM to will have the opportunity to Accept or Reject your Invitation to chat.

If you are hosting a Session, you can send a Session Invite to another player to invite them to join your Session. When you send a Session Invite, the player receiving the invite will receive it via the Message Center. You can send Session Invites from the menu, the Musicians List, the Message Center or from within a Session.

In all cases, you will receive notification of incoming messages or Invites in the Message Center. If the Message Center is closed, the Messages icon in the main window will flash. If it is open (and if the relevant tab is not visible), the relevant tab's title will flash until you click on that tab.
