What is this .ejs file I see in my song folders?

Answer:

The .ejs file is eJamming’s way of keeping track of audio and MIDI data for each song and session.  This file does not actually contain audio or MIDI data.  It's the file that tells eJamming where to look for that data.

The .ejs file does not load into eJamming AUDiiO when you use the OPEN Song or LOAD MIDI commands in eJamming.

To load audio or MIDI into a session, you need to load .wav files or .mid files.

To load .wav audio  files, use the Open Song or Open Recent Song command in the File Menu.

To load .mid files, use the Import MIDI File or Load MIDI File commands in the File Menu.

To find where your Song Folders are currently stored, go to Preferences>Song tab (under the File menu on PCs, under the eJamming Audio menu on the Mac) and check the  location of the Default Music Folder.

You can change the location of the Default Music Folder by CLICKING the ...  command.

Each song's .wav and .mid files are stored in each song's folder in the Default Music Folder.
